Account Manager
I am an experienced Account Manager, offering innovative marketing solutions to SMEs, helping them to grow and transact with their customer base and showcase their products and services. I am currently responsible for managing the accounts of existing customers, finding out what their business needs are, where they lie in the ever-changing digital landscape and identifying ways in which they can grow or maintain their business through marketing.

As Account Manager, I am the main point of contact. It is my job to ensure I have a clear understanding of the client’s needs and future goals, addressing concerns and maintaining regular contact, helping to set strong expectations from the get-go. Communication is key, and through great relationships, I really do ensure we have the very best strategies in place and a plan of action to ensure all goals are organised and delivered. Working alongside my clients, we identify opportunities and growth for their audience whilst co-ordinating with the team to ensure a high standard of marketing is delivered for their business.
Being a mother of two very small children – a little princess and Spiderman – a lot of my time is spent creating memories with my family. We attend dancing, swimming and football most weekends, so it’s non-stop in our household.
When taking time out for myself, I enjoy live music, and meeting up with the ladies for quality girl time (which may involve a cocktail or two). I also love eating out, tasting taster menus at all different types of restaurants, and pairing it with wine to wash it down. But it’s not all glitz and glamour when at home; just five minutes of quiet is pure bliss.
I have two favourite types of food: the first is lobster, but I can’t eat lobster every day and it must be well seasoned with garlic or chilli. My second choice is Jamaican food, which is real comfort food for me as this is what I have grown up with. I love the flavours, whether it’s fried chicken, Saturday soup, oxtail, salt fish fritters, dumplings, or mutton and rice.
I think your favourite film(s) say a lot about you as a person… I have three.
I think my favourite films suggest that I am a true romantic at heart that loves to dance and is very headstrong.
