Whether you are targeting a consumer or a business, ultimately you are marketing your product or service to a person, not a faceless entity. This is why persona marketing is important. Identifying the persona’s job titles, pain points and solutions is paramount to any marketing strategy.
Once you know what turns on your target personas, you can decide the tone, brand, and messaging to attract and ultimately encourage interaction or responses to calls to action.
