Wall art has been around for centuries, dating way back to cavemen when the best way to communicate to a large crowd was to get elements on a wall. This is a quick, efficient, and impactful way of communicating.
In this modern day of digital age companies, S2F Marketing has the mindset of “bigger is better”, and so to spread the brand with as much impact as possible, we like to get the message on the wall and tell our audience.
S2F has a vast amount of experience when it comes to working with clients who wish to have a brand element or a selection of messages displayed on a wall. Going beyond the standard A4 literature is brave; wall art adds impact and enables your branding to expand further from your literature and digital presence. Dressing your premises or a separate structure like an exhibition with branding ensures your brand is exposed to everyone that visits your building.
Wall space is a great canvas to work with! It’s where “bigger is definitely better”, and scale is everything. It’s a chance to let those statistics about your business really sing for all to see, or it could just be a mission statement backed up with some icons to drive the message home.
S2F has designed multiple wall arts for clients that are all connected visually, scattering information about a business through different rooms. We have also simply designed a one-off focal point key wall. Much of the wall art is not just pretty and informative, but interactive; you could say it is a working bit of design.
Some of our clients like to show their customers how they work and have processes and work schedules that can be updated and placed on a wall. This is a great sales talking point, as some clients have chosen a magnetic finish to allow graphics to be applied as and when, and the wall can be updated to show progression of ongoing information to a team. This is only a snippet of what the S2F team is capable of!
Working with S2F’s designers and key specialist suppliers, S2F will initially meet customers at their site, photograph and check the conditions of the walls, before advising on the best material not only for the wall condition, but also what you want the wall art to look like for the benefit of impact.
S2F can work with cut vinyl lettering in hundreds of colours, acrylics, polystyrene and metal all offering different textures, finishes and tones. Once we agree the objective and messages, we will start designing the wall art to scale and use the original on-site wall photography to overlay the design. From here, you will get a real understanding of how the finished wall art will look before anything is produced.
We advise on every step of the design, scale, finish and additional information, such as if a wall needs plastering or painting, as this adds time to a project. For another situation, working at height offers health and safety issues, and this will be managed prior to any installations.

Depending on the designs, we can pretty much do anything, from an historic four-metre timeline with real components fixed to the wall for a manufacturer, to a nine-metre wallpaper of inspiring messages for a training academy. We have also often been asked to dress exhibition stands both in the UK and internationally.
The limitation of wall art is just your imagination, and use of appropriate materials that can be fixed to the wall. 3D polystyrene lettering is another great material to work with, as it is lightweight, hard wearing and works at great scales. The designs we do have gone upstairs, been wrapped around walls, and have even given corridors a new lease of life! We mix up framed photography with vinyl graphics, plus acrylic boards that can stand off the wall to add a 3D look, with a special touch of a frosted finish in vinyl to complete a high-end look.
We have worked with clients who like to mix up different materials. We will advise on this, alter the wall art design accordingly and fully manage the project. At S2F, we are very hands-on and we work closely with our suppliers to understand the materials and finishes available to truly get the best out of the designs we are working on.
Working to scale means we can produce sections of text and graphics and then check the legibility of it, as it is viewed from a distance. Our team of designers collaborate with the client and the suppliers to ensure the projects are on track, on budget and turn out exactly the way you wanted it to!

Since 2005, we have scoured the West Midlands and surrounding areas for people who understand and live by our ethos ‘look after the customer and success will look after itself’. We are all experienced, creative, and conscientious marketers with focused areas of expertise. Combined we are a force to be reckoned with; an ideal marketing team for any business looking to stand out from the crowd.
